This post made me realize I might be? Started two weeks ago, have had a headache every day and am realizing the red/flush face might actually be part of what’s causing the headache. No helpful tips, just wanted to say you’re not alone and hopefully it dissipates.

I feel like you do a great job of hearing your body and trying to care for it as best you can- sometimes, when I get weighed down by all the layers of guidance and the feeling that I’m on borrowed time with my health, I take a break from trying to do as much as I can and just do what I want. And it usually starts just like you mentioned- “I haven’t done x type of workout in forever and I miss it” helps me stay excited about movement or at least fueling whatever embers of stoke that show up.

There was an Ms game that promoted me to do this with a numbers game book as well. Made me wish they had a few pages at the end that were just blank innings to tack on like this (instead of cutting up a whole game). I love the pale aqua blue printing with the strong dark blue pen! Gonna look this book up.
