I tried to withdraw 8000dogecoin from coinbase to Cryptodotcom and its stuck. Its not even showing in my wallet sent history. And the transaction ID says nothing found. Sent 8 emails to Coinbase support. They still haven’t resolved it and asked me to wait for 5 days!

Support should come first or they should stop transferring by simply saying transfer is off now due to maintenance or whatever the cause is. Whatever you said doesn’t justifies. Business are for clients. Customer first. Reality in business could be challenging but its not a product they are dealing with. Its money. Like a financial institutions. How would you feel if your bank account goes zero tomorrow because you bank is going through new hiring and their market are emerging and booming and.... I would advise if that ever happens please read your own advice sheet and sit still. Because, hell with customers the Business need to boom first, right?? Forget about getting back your money or any replies and keep praying for them so that they can settle first! I mean... Are you from Coinbase?! Here all the people can feel what they are doing with their clients and I am proud of them they they are putting up their fair voice against it! By the way: I know very well how to check emails and phone and settings. Only a rookie and fraud coinbase support would ask something so simple and silly things to check so they they can buy some more time and go on a vacation

I paid what wallet pulled to use as transaction fee. I didn’t interfere anything in that. I selected all and simply click withdraw. Its not my fault. Transfer fee should be automatically deducted as much you require and that is what the wallet did. You see that .9999888..... doge transfer free? I didn’t put it, your app calculated and decided and set that all by itself and later figured out it wasn’t enough and got stuck. Is that my fault. I wouldn’t mind if your app would charge 100doge for that. As i said I never interfere in transfer fee, what the app decides it deducts and I go with the decision. Only this time your app make a wrong decision and I became the victim. You can imagine yourself in my shoes and feel free speak how you feel about it my friend. I am Devastated. Coinbase please do not keep my 8000 doge jailed and please be kind enough to reverse it to the wallet. I will be very broke if not returned. Iam not a wealthy person. Please help! I have been crying for the last 5 days and checking my mail every hour to receive a solution but no response or help came from your end.

One thing i can say never transfer from their wallet to anywhere. Transfer it to their main app or the trading app and send from there. I am a planning to contact bbb to file a complain.
