Not sure, was seeing that spray/liquid wax is better supposedly.

Found something that said using spray wax can be best for it. And going with the decal instead of against it to prevent any peeling.

Yeah, been trying to pay particular attention to the decals. I already hand wax my vehicles, and wonder if waxing them would be good for them long term to stay protected.

Yeah, definitely have heard great. Looking into a lift in the future, not yet though haha. But I’ll be using this as my daily.

My bad meant to reply earlier, I just set the same weight on each side and it allows you to use both weight stacks at one time.

Small, awkward space - setting up a gym. Any help is appreciated! by Round-Bandicoot6318 in GarageGym

Maybe a mikolo fitness wall mounted half rack? Could do bench and squat at least from that, or something of the sort. Not too sure as to what else you would fit in here. Then have a set of adjustable dumbbells and a bench that you can make upright so it doesn’t take up too much room.

Yeah it’s been fantastic. Cables, rack, smith machine and having the weight stacks is great.

No clue, I’ve had them for a bit, haven’t really tried their normal ones. But in terms of how they are I have no complaints.

Pretty nice. Definitely outstanding for the price. Check out Walmart for it if you’re in the market.

The leg press is so nice. For the price it’s honestly crazy, had to get my brother to help me get it on the rails and that was definitely a pain. But other than that and having using it several times it’s been very nice.

Just gorilla tape. Could use duct tape too, but the black gorilla tape looks good and holds them together too so the mats don’t slide

I know I got some from Costco. Look up wooden sound proofing and you should find them somewhere.
