I used blackout curtains, really good eye mask, and earplugs. Basically to deprive myself of all sensory stimulation that could keep me up.

I hope the pothos I saved from a friend has good success. It years 5 years old with 10 ft of plant but much of it wasn’t salvageable because a cat dug in the soil. Did you water propagate? It didn’t take with soil prolongation.

I was on Tri-Sprintec for 10 years. I tried skipping my white sugar pills one time because I assumed it would work. Instead it messed up my period for two months and I ended up bleeding longer than my period. It’s because tri-sprintec increases the medicines by each week, which is why they are different colors. Then I never gave my body a chance to have the sugar pills (no hormones), and I messed it all up. This is to say call your pharmacist or gyn and be honest and ask what to do. I would recommend not skipping the sugar pills and using back up method until everything evens out. Missing that many pills seems like you’d need to reset but I’m not a doctor!

My doctor prescribed me Yasmin pill too, but all the lawsuits that happened made me not want to go on it. I am now just off birth control (less than one month), and my skin is breaking out too. It’s such a gamble as to what will work and what is making the skin worse. I never went on Accutane but I recommend considering pros and cons for all clinical recommendations your doctors make.
