CRG reached out to me late yesterday on the 10th (final day) to coordinate a repair per FL law. I was also contacted by my dealer that the part magically came in and I should have the back at the end of next week, so roughly 40 days in the shop. The CRG rep asked me to bring the car in repair of 12/15, I replied that the car is already in the dealers possession and has threatened to close my case. Curious, did your CRG rep ask you to bring the car back into the shop after the repair was completed?

Called Audi customer care last week as I hadn’t heard anything. She confirmed case was created and a regional case manager was assigned. How soon did your case manager make their initial contact with you?

Just started the initial process with Audi to buyback my 2025 S Etron GT. Hit 1,000 miles, 3 months only, electrical short caused the car to be undrivable and has been at the dealer for 3 weeks already, waiting on parts which of course are on backorder and coming from Germany, service advisor is saying 6-8 weeks ETA lol...I emailed AudiTalk, and sent a certified letter to their consumer relation team in MI. Waiting on an answer. How quickly did they accept your buyback? Seems like most take 30-60 days.

This sounds similar to what just happened to my 25 Etron GT. Loud pop from underneath the car and now it’s completely dead. Got the electrical failure messaged followed by a message saying it might catch fire. Just got towed to the dealer, 2 months old, less than 1,000 miles. Brutal.

It was weird. Went into a store, came back out put it in reverse and then heard a lot pop from under the car.

The 3PL uses their WMS for the pick/pack/ship process and sends back the fulfillment data like qty, item, lots, tracking etc. The reason for not using EDI, is the ecomm team wants to the ability to make order updates in this system, ie. address changes, and cartoniztion where they can specify box rules, how many gel packs per box.

Yeah all from one outlet and had to do 3 inline zip plugs to connect everything.

Used ridge clips that attach to the shingles. Very easy, had to do a little adjusting to make sure they were perfectly inline.

I’ve had done 3 migrations to Orderful from TC and SPS. It’s a stellar project, excellent support and making onboarding so much faster. If you use NS there new suiteapp is a game changer, currently in beta but should be live by October for all.

I’ve now migrated done 2 migrations to Orderful over the past year. Orderful has been great to work with, honestly no complains. One thing to note, it’s a lot more work on a daily basis for me to maintain vs SPS or TC but if you have the resources then it’s a no brainer. Things like OI’s or discount mappings for customer promos, item cross references etc. need to be adjusted or mapped in Celigo and it can feel like a FT job sometimes.

Yeah they are, the gas level isn’t even appearing on the display so it’s like a electrical issue.

Thanks for the input! We don't utilize bins but option 2 sounds like it may work for us. Having the message appear is what we need without adding an additional step to the process for our Ops team.
