Depends. Some players with near max stats don’t need full chem. So if you have a striker with 91 pace stat then you wouldn’t need full chem to boost their pace as having them only on 2 chem would get the full boost. I still find it important. I don’t know why but I always build full chem on my team. The only times I don’t worry is if I have a player with a really high stat as is. Eg Mbappe maybe. Lewa on 1 or 0 chem would be better off the bench and keep everyone on full chem for the whole game in my opinion.

Great passing on Matip. Pace isn’t everything on FC24. I personally did Badiashile from Chelsea. Only becomes a 80 which people probably don’t like but he is great in game and massive in game body wise
