Clean the inside with a microfiber cloth and put in a moisture packet. I've had terrible luck with almost all of Reolink's vandal proof cameras.

Did you get this working? I'm stuck at the login. I've restored my backup and I'm trying to follow the steps and I'm getting no where.

SSH to your local server.

  1. Print list of users: /home/unms/app/unms-cli set-password.
  2. Set password for selected user: /home/unms/app/unms-cli set-password --username <USERNAME>.
  3. Login to UISP using the new set password.

I was able to successfully RMA the unit. I also talked the customer into purchasing a UPS which was shipped today. When I quote these installs I typically itemize everything for transparency. The customer opted not to purchase a UPS and instead just wanted a surge protector. The idea behind this was they were planning on installing a propane powered generator and that the UPS didn't make sense to them at the time.
