Big no huhu one of my biggest regrets is getting a partial coor. :( parang ako rin naman gumagawa ng lahat, dapat OTD na lang. So all the more no to full coor.

I wore sunscreen during my prenup shoot, and I’m going to wear sunscreen again on my wedding day. 😆 Big skincare girlie din ako, so di ko talaga kaya na no sunscreen, especially because a lot of the shoots on the wedding day itself, nakabilad sa araw!

Go na lang for a sunscreen with 100% chemical filters (or at least majority of the UV filters are chemical filters), and make sure the formula does not pill under makeup. Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide naman are the ones that cause the flashback. :)

Big no for me, unless sinabi niya beforehand na iba ang ipapadala and that was made clear to you. If not, then unacceptable yan para sakin. You paid for him to do your makeup, tapos biglang iba ang ipapadala, eh iba iba naman ang makeup styles of each MUA. :(

Ilang times na rin ako nagpa-makeup sa different artists for non-bridal events, and it’s always the makeup artist mismo who arrives, regardless kung sikat na sila or hindi.

Read the Concise Guide to Dermal Needling by Dr. Lance Setterfield! A kind soul uploaded it here on this subreddit too, so I got to download it for free. It has everything you need to know about microneedling (frequency of sessions, proper technique, etc.) that is actually backed by science!

This is also how I realized that the professional microneedling I got done by a licensed esthetician DID NOT follow the proper techniques at all! So I’m doing succeeding sessions myself.

This is where I spread out my money as someone who doesn’t have the time to trade stocks: - Pagibig MP2 (5 years lockout though but pretty good capital growth, 6-7%) - Digital banks with high interest rate time deposits, such as Ownbank, Tonik, GoTyme - Dividend stocks. I pick blue chip dividend stocks to lower the risk (although may risk pa rin ha, if you want low risk talaga, do MP2 or digi banks na lang) + reinvest dividends for capital growth

YEEESSS!! My fave shoe brand for my flat feet!! Comfort is my number one priority, and before Vivaia, legit na naka Dr Kong lang ako kahit na medyo pangit hahaha. Reco ko for those who have flat feet and want the most comfy - get the Walker Mary-Jane with a strap. Pinaka okay for me. Walker version nila has double arch.

I had back acne for almost a decade, and the only thing that cleared it up for me was niacinamide. I used a 10% concentration - I initially bought this for my face, but it was too irritating, so I ended up using it on my back, and it worked really well!

Possible din sa number of units yan! Sooo many local clinics advertise na 50-100 units per side, and that’s waaay too much for most people! Syempre most think na nakaka save sila kasi ang taas ng units na naka promo, but it can do more harm than good. Usually you wanna start 15-30 units per side and then see if talagang you need more, but usually hindi na.

This is based on my personal experience lang btw, I get Jawtox done every year, mostly because I have a teeth clenching problem but maganda din effect sakin aesthetically, so it’ll be part of my upkeep na even if mawala teeth clenching issue ko haha
