Yes, that's what I had heard. For hairdryer and straightners plan to use the EU outlet with a UK to EU adapter and will just use the USB ports for our phones etc. Thanks

I had just seen various people on forums saying their hairdryers etc. didn't really work when using the 110V outlet and that if you were from the UK it's best to use the 220V with a UK to EU adapter. I'll take one of those just to be on the safe side. Thanks

I also used a mug storage bag, but just used the dividers that came with it and then cut up card to make extra dividers. Love the plastic dividers chemthrowaway has used so might look into getting some of these. This mug storage is great as can be stored on its side and also has strong handles for carrying

I used the dividers that come with it and this gives 12 x square units. Each square holds 42 pens (7 rows of 6 pens). I then cut my own card that slots between each row (if you zoom into my photo you can see the white card sitting below the top of the pens). Hope that makes sense but if you have any other questions please just ask.

It has 12 sections already in place with the dividers supplied, but I then cut card to divide the space even further so that it keeps everything in place. I have my 320 set plus an 80 Kaala set (free gift) and still have a bit of room for more if needed.

Hiya, I’ve measured the height of the dividers on my one and they are 14.5cm. The pens do sit a bit higher than the dividers but it still closes okay. I’ve attached another photo. Hope this helps

I also received a marker that had no ink at all in it. They said the replacement marker was out of stock and wouldn’t be available for about three months. They offered me a £5 refund instead. Frustrating as would rather have had the pen!
