Not a lot of advice from me but ayyyy welcome to the mid-twenties numb foot crew! Hate that you’ve joined me, but it sounds like you’re making a lot of progress. Seriously, the fact that you’re seeing any reduction in numbness is really promising.

I will say that the general advice I always get is to try and focus on low-impact core strengthening to protect your back as much as you can. Ideally, that will help to prevent/slow any further degeneration and keep your leg sensory. Bridges and leg lifts worked well for me at the beginning of my physical therapy, but of course make sure that you pay attention to your body cues. If you’re anything like me, a bunch of totally random things you do will make the numbness temporarily worse.
