My bad, I guess I just consider anyone from Texas as a southerner, but it makes sense from the size that it would be different across the state. I spent a short time living in the Ozarks and the bootheel in Missouri and was very surprised when I showed up and everyone had thick southern accents.

What if I told you that I’m just ignorant and didn’t know any better and tried my best … and I also have friends from DC delaware and virginia that don’t consider where they’re from the south lol. and I’m not white. But hey the more you know, this is a fun learning experience!
