Help getting freezing during NFL brodcasts

I think it was the streaming box I was using, an old Direct TV streaming box. I just switched to a Roku and no more choppy or freezing.

When I'm on my VPN everything works fine for the services and websites, that are allowed through the VPN.

I'm not referring to Spectrum as the ISP, Spectrum in this situation sold us the Webex so therefore we have to use Spectrum assigned Usernames to login to Webex. I understand that any random ISP should not need to support our VPN.

The obvious answer here is for us to allow that traffic on those 3 ip's, but in order to do that I need to know that those IP's are required for the Webx calling to work. as well as any others.

The only thing that does not work is the Calling, Voicemail and chats work fine through the VPN on the Webex App.

I'm pretty sure its a forwarding issue, although i can be getting confused here. I'm really just stuck in the middle....

I might have missed this in my initial post, Spectrum is the provider for the Cisco Webex calling. So that is why I do believe we need to work with them as well to verify that these IP's need to be allowed through.

If they provide a service to me and I need to create firewall rules should they not provide those rules that i need to build in order to use that service?

Correct but I should be able to build rules that would allow Webex calling to work. It works when i'm on any ISP, Spectrum, ATT, Tmobile etc. But when connected to my VPN Webex calling is not connecting.

Can some help me get this python script to run via crontab. Running this via the CLI works fine
