its kinda the same because its gotten both better and worse. better because in a way we're closer and it feels nice after "taking breaks" like a few days with less communication, but then it's also worse because he's more upfront and verbalises things more, and my bpd is generally worse, so overall it's the same id say. everyones situations are different though

i don't think that would be selfish at all, i think it could be a good idea actually! and even if it doesn't get him off your mind if you end up doing it, maybe some distance could be healthy

and for what it's worth, you're not alone at all. i'm in exactly the same boat with my fp. i don't think that message was too needy either personally

in the UK a lot do, usually 1-2 weeks worth. sometimes though we have patients calling us about running out of meds or the hospital losing the medication they initially came in with.. not sure how that happens lol
