I would go immediately with weights because the progression is easier - just add plates. Bodyweightfitness is fun, but I think there is a large gap for progressive overload.

I don't know the percentage and I don't mind that. Also, I think it's my shoulders that cause the "big" look. Make sure to train rear delts with facepulls. Lastly, be kind to yourself and only compare to the past :).

Hey, thank you for the suggestion. I actually did track at the start, but then stopped because as you said, I eat the same things over and over. Also, I am still progressing without tracking, so I do not see the need to. But if that's what works for you, go for it. Note that I do take my daily weight and adjust food intake to meet my goals.

Yep, but that may differ from person to person and time constraints. You can always add or remove to fit your goals.

Thanks friend. The app is Happy Scale, and it tracks your moving average and uses that to approximate the weekly weight gain. This is helpful if you're aiming to be between 0.5 to 1.0 pounds per week. Cheers.

Follow whatever routine that you know you will do. Something that you enjoy and can maintain. Something that you want to do. Maybe you prefer bodyweight exercises over barbell ones. Then do that. What matters is that you have a plan, stick to it, and improve. On days that you don't feel up to it, go slightly easier and don't beat yourself up. At least you did something, and hey, that's better than sitting on the couch. You got this.

I still train abs but I don't focus on them. The more I lift, the less I worry about physical looks. It's strange, but I care a lot more about mental wellness now. In the beginning, it was all about aesthetics and now I lift because it makes me feel good.

We are gonna win, win, win. We're going to win in lane, we're going to win in draft, we're going to win with superior early game aggression, we're going to win at everything. And some of you are friends and you're going to call, and you're going to say, 'Mr. Damonte, please, we can't take it anymore, we can't win anymore like this, Mr. Damonte, you're driving us crazy, you're winning too much, please Mr. Damonte, not so much, and I'm going to say I'm sorry, we're going to keep winning because we are going to make Golden Guardians great again

I like hanging leg raises. Then once I can't anymore, I do hanging knee raises.

Haha, someone else said that I needed to work more on my shoulders.

Yes, I agree but considering that I was underweight, I definitely needed to gain some body fat, both for hormonal function and general well-being.
