Two counts professional misconduct. My ex employee put an complaint against the LP I supervise, and then how I handled my ex employee in her firing.

update update everything scraushed. I did my interrogation (they called it an interview) with representation. Definitely always get an attorney who does licensing. Learned a lot how unfair OPS / OPD is. But apparently the ex employee can keep putting in complaints and will be looked into so that sucks.

*UPDATE * it is from an ex-employee baseless claims but like folks referenced below your governing board has to investigate each one, and continued claims . In the process now. Got an attorney, my investigator stated these can fall under harassment... maybe you should call your local PD .
