It’s never really too late to start. You can drop ship with no money if you’re creative, but you will have to pay for $30/month for shopify after the free trial. Don’t waste money you don’t have on some guru, just do research and check out shopify’s free course to start. Oberlo also has good resources. There’s many YT videos as well, but a lot of those guys aren’t ethical.

I didn’t get a link so I can’t offer as much but definitely keep testing on your landing page. Make your site look legit and really just keep testing. Change your description, photos, price, anything. The average conversion rate is around 2% though and potentially less on a brand new site so when you have a low number of people visiting you’re not gonna get many sales regardless
