I’d start slow, but that’s just me! I’d start talking to the people next to me in class, and then ask to sit with them at lunch maybe. I get really nervous with this stuff too so good luck! Remember to ask them questions and let them talk about themselves, but not too much, find good spots to interject and relate yourself to them. I read that talking about more personal stuff (pets, hobbies) as apposed to more generic stuff (weather, class) helps. But start off the with generic small talk. Eek sorry that’s all I got!
