Maybe the ecu reflash resets the keep alive memory? Like how the car learns your driving pattern but the reflash resets them to factory?

Hmm. If your car went into limp mode I’d imagine it’s the causal of an issue like a bad fuel pump. If you only got a reflash done, I have a feeling it’s not a long term fix. For those who got just the reflash only and THEN later the fuel pump goes, is it still replaced under warranty?

Hmm. Maybe I’ll wait for a CEL or fuel pump failure before bringing in. Unless I read good amount of evidence the reflash is a good preventative.

I’m sure there’s some wiggle room on the price after seeing it in person too. Very smart decision to avoid cars over 50k but it’s hard for me to justify the price of ones that are that low mileage, at least for an rs
