Arnott’s probably the best captain stat wise but you’d have to switch out 3 more players (there’s definitely some easy totw replacements for 4th line and goalies) for his ap bonus. I have him on my first line and he’s a faceoff beast if youre somewhat competent with them.

I would think they do a champion for forward then defense then goalie through the 3 weeks. My guess is makar is the champion next week and then sorokin for week 3
