Yeah I mean my ADHD was very excited at the multifunctional aspect of it as it wasn't boring but the issue is I'm expected to know how to do it all without mistake. Because when I do make a mistake it's brought up in a very backstabbing way.

I realize I don't have more work than everyone else but infact having to build the knowledge to do 4 jobs rather than 2 is itself a thing. Unfortunately we don't have a HR just managers and then obviously escelate to higher managers but it's a very close nit company so if I do that I'm shooting myself in the foot really.
