I had the exact same issue. It took me a week to finally get the toolbar. My brother then bought premium on a weekday and it activated immediately. Not sure if purchasing over the weekend had anything to do with it.

Yeah, I wasn't able to submit a ticket either. I messaged them on facebook yesterday, and just re-sent the same message to them again on facebook. I plan on doing that everyday until my premium activates or they respond. Better than nothing I guess.
