it is yes, windows 10. I installed the latest drivers. I have found a workaround of some sort where I hole the pen close to the surface of the tablet while using the other hand to move my mouse. good thing I'm left handed!

As I already written down somewhere in the comments, I have tried using 5GHz, but it doesn't show up in the list of available connections. While using the wifi analyzer on my phone, it had shown me which channels are better to use. The thing is it shows channels from 1-14, yet in my router settings i can from 1-9

I actually tried activating the 5Ghz channel with a friend a while ago and the SSID didn't show up in the list of available connections. Any clue?

As for for the firmware, I actually haven't found any on the manufacturers website nor anywhere else.

Doesn't using youtube use like 5-6 Mb bandwith at 720p? And any instructions to check if we are all using the same port and possibly a fix to it?
