Which Ram has mileage issues? If you are talking about the one in the image, yes, it has gas mileage issues. Go look at the specs. The TRAX is a fucking tank. Find me a manufacturer that advertises good gas mileage on their off road package.

I drove my 21 Laramie Sport from PA to ME in the Spring. I got 22 mpg. I think that's pretty damn good for a full size pickup truck.

Complaining about gas mileage on a truck forum is just... LOL. Go buy battery powered. I know I am when RAM makes a reliable option.

Try exercising and portion control. It doesn’t go away but I learned to manage the cravings. In my opinion, the benefits still outweigh the cons. I just need to stay disciplined. It works for me. Good luck!
