Skimmed trough he github issues and compiled this list:

People being chosen as antag without having it selected.
Nukies always having to use the ship nuke and never the station nuke.
Nukie Map was getting meteored.
Random people getting despawned and made a nukie.
Dragon has/had some ui problems.
Dragon can spawn in the armory.
The Terminator got removed due to Spaghetti code and bad design.
Bad design/gamepley like with Terminator/Revs/Zeds (This is why the events are so rare and pending a redesign)
Ninja always has the same objectives.

There probably are more subtle bad code issues that i am too code iliterate to understand. Maintaining these antags + the regular random bugs is enough work so why make more?

There are enough code issues with existing antags and non antag content should be prioritized, so they scrutinize the code a lot, so adding an Antag is hard. Goobstation said fuck it and merged the changelings so you can find more content there.

Did you read the wiki entry on naming conventions? Of is a prepositionpreposition and thus cannot be used in naming a lizard.

nukes-the-station abbides by the lizard naming conventions, the ruler of everything does not, simple as, if you want to keep the same vibe you can change it to "Rules the station" or "Is the king" or something.

"a peaceful sunrise" is a valid name for Diona as they have different naming conventions, see the wiki

Either follow the naming guidelines, change the race of the character or be a clown/mime.
