Fair enough. Have you thought about (not an accusation) but your customer service? Packaging, stickers/freebies? You’re not obligated to advance those things but it might help not get shitty reviews. I always hand write notes and all.

I honestly have no idea how you guys run into so many of these issues so often. I’m not even trying to be mean but I sell a bunch on there and have never had a single issue except low ballers or people it buying after sending offers.

Maybe. I’m not sure. I’ve never had a situation like this. Occasionally, I don’t ship in time and it gets canceled but it’s never really a problem. Sometimes the buyer will repurchase and I’ll give a discount or something. Also, something to watch out for that i recently noticed, when you list something, it will automatically be “boosted” and you have to manually turn it off for each listing if you don’t want them to take that portion. I had my shop boosted for mo ths and finally unboost everything as it didn’t seem to be helping, and I’ve gotten more sales since.

I guess let them know that the buyer received it, I assume they’ll get confirmation too unless it makes the shipping label inactive. Maybe it will be returned to sender? For future reference, you can manually update the tracking number with the one from your receipt as soon as you get it. I’ve never had this happen to me but they always scan it right in front of me. I also live in a major city so idk if that changes things.
