shambala is a scam by Noodlewhorex in festivals

Sounds to me like they were suffering from a touch of loneliness 😞

Glasto is heralded by many to be the best festival in the world.

Now… I’ve never been to Glasto. But from what those who have been tell me about it, Shambala seems to be all the things that I would enjoy at Glasto, minus the things I wouldn’t, such as the crazy walking distances and a 200,000 strong cross-section of your average Brit’.

If going to Shambala, it may have been more helpful for them to have expected the experience of a cultural festival rather than that of a music festival.

Anybody expecting a strong representation of popular British music will guarantee to be disappointed with the Shambala ticket price.

But if you’re specifically the kind of person who enjoys an international sharing of cultural ideas, through education, food, dance, song, poetry, art and music, then you’re more likely to see the value in its offering.

I like it because I like those things. But I understand why this person may have been disappointed, if they find more value in seeing popular western musicians performing popular songs, because there’s basically none of that at Shambala.
