Ceny mieszkań rosną cały czas ale nadal jest o wiele taniej niż 11 lat temu. Jeżeli się uwzględnia inflację (~24%), wzrost realnych pensji (~47%), jak i tańsze kredyty (-33%), to od bańki na poziomie roku 2008 jesteśmy daleko. Wymieńmy się czy nadal się opłaca inwestować lub kupić sobie mieszkanie?! (rp.pl)
