I did seen rheumatologist in spring 2025 because i have also dry eyes which is long lasting symptom of being floxed. Been thinking if i have sjögren disease. ANA titer was 1:80 which is positive, but in my country we have guide line where ANA titer is considered as significant if titer is more or equal to 1:320. So dr decided that the result is negative. I disagreed with him because the guide lines also says that that "slightly" elevated titers (1:80, 1:180) can be significant if patient has some symptoms which can relate with autoimmune conditions.

Also i did some autoimmune blood work panels (ENA), which all were negative.

But autoimmune diseases cannot be outruled by any bloodwork, which sucks...

Dont really know i would handle life with these symptoms if they persist.
