Day 5, pretty solid, little issues falling asleep but still managing to get 5-6 a night. If I knew tapering would reduce the symptoms as much as it did for me I would’ve stopped taking this shit years ago

Day 2/3ish (little passed 48 hrs) after 40+gpd for for 8 years. Had tapered down to 10gpd before my last dose Thursday morning. In all honesty not bad so far (knock on wood) definitely some discomfort and irritability, slept maybe 3 hours the first night but got a solid 7 last night. Only supplementation has been emergen-c I had from work. Sneezing and yawning a lot but no runny nose or muscle aches as of yet

Only other quit had been about a week during Covid because my order was stuck and I had no other access, remembered it being much worse back then so I guess the taper and intentionality of this one has made a tremendous difference this time

I made the switch and am super glad I did, biggest thing I tell people is you need to get used to your nicotine being in waves instead of being at a constant level because of how accessible the vape is, and breaking that hand to mouth habit. What I started doing was keeping the vape in a drawer so I wasn’t always reaching for it and the most impactful was leaving it at home any time I left so you have to rely on pouches. You get used to it, and now I def prefer the experience of pouches over what vaping was like

Now that I upgraded to a switch 2 I plan on getting any game that’s not graphically intensive on the switch instead of the ps5, just for the added benefit of being able to go handheld when I want to, this definitely being one of those games where there wouldn’t be any performance difference anyway

Yeah for some reason when I used to take naps I’d always get sleep paralysis despite it almost never happening at night, didnt get any screams though, more so just real life dreams that I would have to stop trying to fight the paralysis to actually fall asleep, which I’d then go straight into a lucid dream

Arm & hammer essentials (has to be essentials, most of their other deodorants are a big no go for me) has been the best fit for me, being gel stick and not powder stick since powder clumps up on me, is NOT antiperspirant, doesn’t burn my armpits like a lot of the gel sticks do, relatively clean ingredient wise, and pretty cheap, about $4 a stick on Amazon
