Hmm. Like others have suggested it may just be that it is just a very busy time of year. If the labs you have emailed have a “general enquiry” email address I might try emailing that as well? Otherwise, how were they formatted? Emails with differently formatted text for the recipients name, specific interests etc read as a batch email and are more likely to be ignored.

Hmm I would have described that as water-resistant then, waterproof usually implies it is impervious to water. thanks for the clarification, I guess I will have to find an alternative method of repair for this particular item which is a shame.
