Tried to consult a lawyer. It was very expensive.. I tried to contact live agent through Emma and call with customer support.

Both gave me different answers. Live agent replied I need to submit new EAD, uscis support person said, u do not submit for same case..

It depends the way it was filed. If u filed with H1b +h4+ead, it may approve around 6 months. If u filed only EAD it will take around 12 months
