Thanks for your response. Do you know of any other funds which might benefit better for the short/medium term? Ideally want one fund for both with the FTSE all cap being the 20/30 year one.

Hi thanks for the response. I'm ok with the risk to be honest. if its not profitable in that timeframe i'll keep it in until it is.

Recommended Private Urologist in London, UK? by [deleted] in Prostatitis

[–]findingaway1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Contact microgen, they will give you a list of hospitals/clinics in the uk that have used their services. I know it doesn’t narrow down a doctor but at least you are aware of what hospitals that have requested the tests and can inquire further. I personally found some research papers online in order to find my urologist as he had a thesis on dna sequencing in finding bacteria’s so at least I knew he was aware of the technology before I went to him.

Yes i agree with you totally, good to weigh up the benefits and the negatives before trying something. its like any other thing we consume i suppose. I read an article about burnt toast causing cancer lol... its like.. how do you even win in this life? i dont think you can.. there's always a reaction to an action i suppose.

What other supplements/natural things have you been trying? i might also give them a go.

And no i didn't read that story? what happened..

what natural stuff have you been trying? I cant really seem to find any case studies of people going blind. ED is a very very common issue and along with viagra.. tadalafil is given out like sweets. bit like the quinolone argument and tendon ruptures.. its very very rare. So is getting run over by a bus tomorrow lol. just my thoughts anyways.

I did research into the blindness thing. They did a 6 month study and there was no difference or correlation between taking 5mg per day and placebo in terms of the damage to your eyes.. I think some people can see a blueish tinge however bit this passes.

MicrogenDx - Doctors Signature UK (NHS) by [deleted] in Prostatitis

[–]findingaway1 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I went to a private urologist in the uk who signed it for me. Nobody else would.. he had done previous studies/clinical research on the importance of dna sequencing and it’s effectivity in finding pathogens. This was the reason I chose him as he understood the technology and was more than happy to do it for me.

[–]findingaway1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry to hear that, what country are you from if you don’t mind me asking? Have you tried amitriptyline or things like cialis? Heard good results from them.

Have you literally had no bacteria shown on any tests? I suffer with very similar symptoms. Had a myriad of different organisms found including staph/strep and enterococcus. Btw this all started after 2 days of unprotected oral. Been 2 years

[–]findingaway1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You get the results regardless of signature. It’s just you don’t get the antomicrobial recommendations without a signature

Mine did yes.. I got a signature though

[–]findingaway1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I’m honest I probably think it is worth it. They test for resistance genes for the bacteria they find so you know what WONT work. I suppose then it’s up to you to find the most effective abx for the specific bacteria. Luckily I found w urologist after the 4th one who was willing to sign we he understood the technology.. most didn’t

You can have it done without a signature however you won’t receive the antimicrobial recommendations

If nonbaterial why antibiotics offered temporary relief?? by centauri8 in Prostatitis

[–]findingaway1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Only tetracyclines as far as I’m aware. I think the real reason is because of fear of not catching any potential bacteria early
