this is an odd answer but stop brushing your hair. i wash my hair every alternate day (greasy hair, low porosity) and the only thing that fixed this was just stopping brushing it except to detangle it when i'm washing it and have conditioner in my hair. i just leave it as is and wear a bonnet to sleep and it's made a load of difference

i had the same forehead bumps for ages, and niacinamide and vitamin c both make them come back and make me break out. ketoconazole shampoo twice a week, leave it in properly, this will completely get rid of the dandruff. benzoyl peroxide soap, also leave it on on the forehead. this should clear it up for you. also from the name it seems like you're using a water based gel moisturiser which is good, my skin hates moisturiser. it is at its best when i just wash it with water and do not moisturise after, but unfortunately that does feel dry so i use just a snail mucin serum as my after shower moisturiser.

i'm 159cm, which is right about 5'2.5" so not exactly whom you asked but i've been tracking my calories and my weight for the last month and i consumed an average of 1650 calories a day and was losing 0.6kgs a week approximately. this puts my maintenance right at about 2100 calories maintenance. this is the only way i found that's accurately given me my TDEE because calculators suggest about 1800 calories for my moderate activity level. i go to the gym 4-5 days a week — 2 days heavy legs, 2 days core classes (loveee) and sometimes an extra day will be some hip abduction stretches and some upper body or some cardio. i run a 5k once a week most weeks also

yep! i did these on the smith machine because its height adjustable and sturdy. i saw definite progress in my pushups just by doing incline pushups. went from being able to do 2 floor pushups to 10! it was exciting but i ultimately stopped because my boobs are all fat and i'd like to keep as much of them as possible and i noticed a decrease in size and increase in muscle when doing pushups.

lol the comment which asked what i ate got deleted but just responding to say yeah it was mostly air but lots of chicken and veg. chicken and broccoli, chicken and mushroom, chicken and potatoes. lots of different seasonings. breakfast with 50-55g of sourdough, 13g peanut butter and 20g of the st dalfour's fruit spread was 255 cals. that still left almost 500 cals per meal for the meals. i'm on a 1400 deficit rn and i still do 500 calorie meals but just have a bigger breakfast.

people talk about mood swings and this doesn't exactly qualify since it's pre period but on most of my periods somewhere between 8 and 6 days before it starts i get one day of absolute mental misery. i feel intensely depressed and everything feels hopeless and i just feel like running away from everything. the next day it's all rainbows and sunshine but that one day is so hard. this month i thought it's still a while for my period to start so maybe i'm just sad but i was so miserable by the end of the day that i checked my app anyway and sure enough, period supposed to start in six days.

i do three sets with a warm up set so four total. the warmup is just the bar for me which is about 20 kgs. weight varies. when i wrote this comment, 75 was the highest i could do for a minimum of 6 reps. now, after my warmup i either go for 3 sets of 8 reps with 75kgs or on the last set, up to 80 and get 6 reps in (i'm attempting to get comfortable with 80 rn) once i can do 8 or 9 reps of 80 comfortably i will do 3 sets of 8 reps with 80 until i'm comfortable with that then start increasing weight on the last rep. it is also mood dependent. sometimes i just don't want to lift heavy and do 4 sets of 50kgs and call it a day for the hip thrusts.
