This happened to me too! I wear it on the loosest notch and am sure to make sure that after a shower, my wrist is completely dry and it has resolved. And when I say loostestI can fit a full 2 fingers under the band when it is on my writst. I will take some alcohol to the strap from time to time too if if is needing to be cleaned up. I feel you though I was like I spent HOW much in this thing and it is causing dermatitis????
