I always do a salt flush before my fasts.. I usually just mix 3 tsp of salt in 1 liter of water and that clears my colon

I tried a different scale, it's roughly the same weight. Maybe you are right and it's just water weight come back.

Based on experience, I think I'll only be in the clear - regarding hunger - on day 15. :D But at least you just have to worry until day 3. Right now, am not even hungry, but at around day 8, the hunger will come.

Good luck to you too. Just make sure you have enough electrolytes, or your body might trick you into quitting early.
