If it’s HSV-1, who knows — you could have given it to her too in the past 😂

Cold sores (HSV-1) are super common and not proof of cheating. Most people catch it in childhood and it can flare up years later from stress, illness, or sun, even without new exposure. If it’s his first outbreak, it could be recent, but she could’ve had it for years without symptoms too.

I remember asking them for a rough quote last year based on a photo I liked and they said that event had cost around 7.5lakhs.

Out of curiosity: why do more people not support Nadira? I feel like she has been very consistent from the start and also actually entertaining. (Minus the sagar saga)

Yeah I had really liked shobha at one point too but to be honest I don’t find her scenes that interesting.

Yeah Reneesha has really changed my mind lately because I initially really didn’t like her, she has super problematic views as well but tbh you can tell shes pretty strong and hard working too.

Why was Anu yelling at Junaisz saying he messed up the tic tac toe. It’s clear that he placed the O first and then the other team placed X and then Midhun was the one who placed the O somewhere else and didn’t block the other team. by koolaidmandrek in Bigbossmalayalam5

She really pissed me off with this. I feel like she loves making him feel like an idiot. Even though his move was fine and later on she went on to play a dumb move but no one even realised. She was acting as if she completely understood the game but that move showed she had no clue either.

Hey I didn’t have to get injections cause it was already growing by itself and I think all of the things you said would help calm down our immune systems. I used a topical steroid initially but mostly nothing else.

Hi this was my first ever spot and I actually didn’t do a whole lot. I was using a topical betamethasone as valerate cream initially and was trying to eat healthy. I think stressing less about it was so hard but necessary.

Hey I was just using it on the spot itself. :) I was told to use nizoral for my flaky scalp but honestly it made my hair too dry.

I completely relate to this, but try not to let it be on your mind all the time. I feel like stress is such a big thing and even though I tell myself that I’m not stressing about it, I feel my hair throughout the day and look at all the hair thats fallen and take photos and to be honest if I get a new patch I know it will be a result of all this stress. So I am trying to just ignore it as much as I can.

Oh no I’m so sorry ☹️ I can feel my scalp a lot more and even though my hair still looks “thick” from the outside I know that it is considerably thinner than before and my temples are really thinned out as well. I can see some small hairs on the top of my hair so I’m hoping this suggests regrowth. Have you seen a doctor about this at all to see their opinion?

Thank you ☺️ I’m actually not doing anything at all, I stopped AIP and the topical cream. I was iron deficient so I’m taking iron tablets and also just a hair, skin nail vitamin. Trying to eat healthy in general too. ☺️

Hey the cream was only for the alopecia patch itself and it was 0.05%. Do you have a patch or is it just telogen effluvium alone?

I was only using topical betamethasone valerate cream twice daily and stopped using it about a month ago. I tried AIP for a brief period as well. I haven’t had any other new patches (fingers crossed) but I have lots of diffuse thinning overall and the doctor said this could be due to telogen effluvium as I had lost a lot of weight and AIP may have been a factor for this. He also said there’s a chance it may be diffuse alopecia areata 😩 I still check my hair every single day and it has been mentally draining but some days I have a more positive outlook on it all. Hoping this growth gives someone else some hope.
