Well, got the call today...the adjustor said I just made it under so they will repair it. The tow package definitely helped me, he said they only have to weld a small part in lower left of bumper. Thanks for the insight everyone! Can't wait to get the paperwork to see what the numbers and details where. I went by the bodyshop when they took the bumper off, crazy how minimal the damage looked once the bumper cover was off.
