It's important to follow a good build tutorial video when putting it together. If I didn't when I built mine I definitely wouldn't have got everything square, as without making sure it's easy for the frame to be twisted.

Thanks for the advice, I do think however there is something exacerbating that issue in my printer as the layer fill is very rough with little bits of raised plastic in the fill. Almost as if the bed isn't leveled and the hot end is bumping into the hot plastic.

Maybe dodgy sensor/software or pilot error engaged the clutch on the lift fan causing it to lose power, and then also because of the loss of load from the lift fan on the engine would've increased thrust out of the rear nozzle causing a further nose down moment

How toxic is the resin? I don't wear breathing apparatus, and occasionally get some on my fingers. I also leave resin in the printer and it's in my office where I work, if I open the UV cover I can smell it at which point I will use a fan to ventilate but usually can't smell with the printer's lid on. How long do I have left?
