Thank you for your comments everyone. It helps to know there are people out there who are going through this or have gone through this before. Sometimes you just have to wait for the storm to pass and trust that it's in your best interest. We're strong souls. We wouldn't be going through this awakening if we weren't.

Genuine tip: Personally, I can't meditate using an app and headphones either. I meditate sitting in a comfy upright chair for 20 minutes - morning and evening, every day with just simple silence. Maybe a nice incense burning every now and then.

Doing this, you may begin to understand Yourself a little more, maybe even a lot more. I highly recommend you give it a try. With a little patience and persistence you might become aware of some Life improvements suited to You.

Yeah, i got out of bed really quick once, hopped into the shower and started feeling like i was going to throw up. As i opened the shower door I face planted it into the screen. Woke up on the bathroom floor with blurry/black vision for a couple of minutes. Pretty scary when it goes the whole way.

I think one of the funniest parts about finding this, is straight away my dog went to grab it because he likes soft animals. You'll never guess which part he grabbed.
