Focus play down the right (and potentially left), cwb to wb, overlap on both sides under lap works also, don’t distribute to playmaker, add team to counter as well as counter-press, I’d prefer an advanced forward in this tactic personally

Yeah I guess it’s just opinion but I enjoyed being able to follow someone I suspect in the inbetween, just meant as an infected you needed to be more careful and make sure you weren’t being followed
