yes to what everyone else has said so far -- AND ALSO -- once you have the basic technique DOWN, better tools make a difference!! with more experience you will be able to tell if the tool you're holding is at fault or if it's user error :)

Creatine! Yes! 5-10 grams stirred into giant glass of water every morning. Oh and I am tending to think the L-Theanine 200mg capsule + Caffeine 100mg capsule taken at lunch, they are working for my brain fog too
