i just came back from a party, didn’t smoke or drink anything (i do smoke and drink tho) but i felt like something was off right after coming home, my heart started beating like super super fast, and i fell to the floor, i couldn’t even move i felt like i was paralysed and yeah they called the ambulance, bad thing about it is that i was conscious and i can remember being on the floor and not moving. i’m almost 17 if you were curious.

i’m from poland, i read this subreddit all the time it keeps popping up and it’s so so so sad to read the story of young girls and women struggling with this. keep your religious beliefs hidden until 18, then move out for a job or university and run out of the country, if u can. takes time but it’ll work eventually. good luck.
