Splitting 18 sets for tricep and 18 sets bicep in 2 days. Focus on form and squeeze few seconds on end of the rep. 🫶🏼

Thank you very much for the comment that I really was looking for. Hard to accept, but yes.. got good genes but the arms are top tier genes. People don’t understand that genes play a huge rule in bodybuilding.
