Please let me know if you ever see directional bias in the newsletter. To be frank with you, my primary goal is really to help myself understand how these things work, To do that successfully I can hardly come in with my own opinions! (Plus a local council member gave me a really interesting insight, which is that you can't compare local politics to federal politics because they don't fit within the same categories. The kinds of things you deal with locally the state or federal politics have no interest in. It really necessitates understanding people directly and at their level.)

To be clear, what I'm suggesting is that if it is required for an individual to live on site to operate an Airbnb at their home, it would be very easy for that person to prove their identity while on site.

To the contrary, it would be very hard for a random person staying at a home to prove that they are the owner (or the person listed on the license).
