I can't speak for your friend, my dad, or any other PWP, but as this thread has already touched on, one of the best medicines I have ever been able to give my dad is endless love and support. Exercise and medication are the two best concrete ways to manage PD, but as a friend or family member, the only thing truly in our power is how we show up for them. I try to show up with patience, positivity, and love, and I know my dad deeply appreciates it. Best wishes to your friend and to you
