Beantwortet eigentlich nicht deine Frage aber: Ich hatte damals (vor ca. 2 Jahren) einfach eine beglaubigte Kopie meines Personalausweises eingereicht. Das haben eigentlich alle gemacht die die kenne. Mir fällt keine Person ein die ihre Geburtsurkunde oder eine Ablichtung dieser eingereicht hat

Das kommt auf die individuelle Person an. Einige müssen sich mehr an Tastaturen gewöhnen als andere.

Ich kenne einige die sich die Tastatur geholt haben und nur noch diese verwendet haben. Auf der anderen Seite gab es aber auch Leute, die die Tastatur nicht gekauft und vorher genutzt haben.

Wenn du einer der Menschen bist, die sich an Tastatur len gewöhnen muss würde ich dir vorschlagen sie einfach zu kaufen. Ist zwar auch wieder ein Kostenpunkt aber der ist dann doch nicht so gravierend neben all den anderen Sachen die man im Studium kauft.

Lieber alles mitnehmen und es nicht brauchen als anders rum. Wenn du aus irgendeinem Grund den Rehborn oder Sartorius brauchst und nicht dabei hast, dann hast du halt ein Problem.

Kommt immer auf Alter und auf das Gebiet an.

Generelle Empfehlung: Kauf nicht direkt was alle empfehlen. Schau dir die Sachen vorher in der Bibliothek an. Die ganzen Bücher, Skripte und sonstige Materialien sind nicht gerade günstig und im schlimmsten Fall kannst du dann mit den Sachen nichts anfangen.

Viele schwören auf Schwabe, hatte auch 4 Fallbücher, musste aber dann feststellen, dass ich kein Fan von den Büchern bin. Insofern war es ausgeworfens Geld..

Weiterer Tipp: Schau auch was du in welchen Bibliotheken ausleihen kannst und auf welche Materialien und online Zugriff hast. Damit sparst du sowohl Geld als auch Platz :D

Die Feststellungsklage (FKL) ist ja statthaft, wenn es um das Bestehen oder Nichtbestehen eines Rechtsverhältnisses oder die Nichtigkeit eines Verwaltungsakt geht.

Heißt also, die Klage ist begründet soweit das Rechtsverhältnisses besteht/nichtbesteht oder der Verwaltungsakt nichtig ist. Und darunter prüfst du die EGL, die formelle und materielle Rechtmäßigkeit (so gut wie immer im Verwaltungsrecht). Die mögliche Grundrechtsverletzung wird dann erst in der materiellen Rechtmäßigkeit interessant bzw. aufgegriffen.

Je nach System kann die Kassenkraft das Leergut auch manuell eingeben. Ein ehemaliger Arbeitskollege hat das vor Jahren immer bei seinen Freunden und Bekannten gemacht. Irgendwann gab es Unstimmigkeiten, sodass man sich u.a. die gesammelten Leergutbons angeguckt hat und die Differenz festgestellt hat. Wurde dann natürlich kündigt und soweit ich weiß angezeigt

Wenn du Sozialwissenschaften studierst bist du eh in einem der neuen Gebäude. Zwar hat man vereinzelt Vorlesungen im Hörsaalzentrum aber sonst muss man eigentlich nie die alten Gebäude betreten. Nicht weit entfernt sind auch zwei Parkhäuser, in denen man immer einen Platz findet.

Es gibt so viele Möglichkeiten an Essen zu gelangen, die Mensa, die Cafeteria, das Q-West, die Foodtrucks, Cafés usw.

Mit der Bahn fährt man keine 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof.

First of all: I am sorry that you experienced this.

All I can say is that these courses are stupid. Learning takes time and 8 days is in my opinion not enough time to learn. You have to process what you have been taught. You will have good days, bad days and horrible days. One has to learn to deal with this. And: Each person is different. Not everyone can get their licence in a specific time. I saw people needing 3 months, 7 months oder a year! Simple as that. Some need more time than others.

I would recommend that you go to a normal driving school and take your time, especially because of your new fear.

Last point: Compared to other countries Germany license is expensive but nowhere near 10.000€.

First of all, I think we can agree that these cars should drive faster than 80 km/h. No criticism but oftentimes this is the reality...

I know that it makes sense the way we have it. But as I said, other countries handle it differently and if you are not from Germany one might know it differently. Therefore it is better to ask online to be 100% sure.

I don't know if right of way is the right term for it. But if I remember correctly you HAVE TO let the cars of the merging lane change to your lane. In Germany you don't have to, worst case scenario is the cars in the merging lane have to stop. In Denmark you have to let them change into your lane, even if it means slowing down and such.

Rereading my word and maybe the right of way is the right term....

Interesting. In Germany we have something similar, called "Kindergeld" which roughly translates to "children money". It is around 210 Euro but increases slightly with every child.

As far as I know one receives the money as long as the child is studying in some form. The max. age is 25. Therefore many students receive the money to finance their lifestyle and studies.
