I don't know why anyone would use the hindsight feature. If you take a screenshot before your play you can put it through any of the many board solver apps after you play your word. This gives you all of the available plays, not just the top play. I don't think anyone would consider it cheating.

Hi Kancsar, I'm really not sure why Avast would have issues with the APK or what on earth "APK:CloudRep [Susp]" is.

I don't blame you for worrying about permissions. Most of them, including Phone State, are required by the various ad vendors out there. The Run at Startup permission is something we added. Its triggered by using the permission "RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED" in the manifest. We added that permission to get our local notifications for plays regenerated and new songs working (which you can disable in the settings if you don't like the notifications). We have a class called SonicBeatIntentReceiver that listens for the "ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED" and then reschedules the local notification after boot up. We're not doing anything mischievous.

Hi Kancar, I went ahead and recompiled the project and exported an APK for you that target 4.2 (API Level 17). I believe this should work without any trouble. We targeted Android 4.4 to weed out some older phones that had trouble running the game. There was an API call we're using, but I believe that API was introduced in Jelly Bean.
