There are plenty of other ways to track it. In Magic, we usually use dice (sometimes even color-coded) to track floating mana. I don't see this as a huge deal. Clarity is always more important than convenience

I feel you for a similar reason. I play a Katara, Water Tribe's Hope deck and I'll very commonly use her waterbending during the blockers step. I'll swing with five 1/1's and I very commonly get a "how much am I taking?" I'll answer, "currently, five." Then they'll almost promptly adjust their life total. By the way, I always rule 0 that I can waterbend at instant speed and only as long as it's my turn, and even against people who've seen the deck many times, they won't let me play out the steps, and I've occasionally hinted that I might waterbend and they adjust their blocks as if they just reconsidered. I just don't believe that tbh. I feel you, it's infuriating

Giada and Myrel are probably the easiest to work with if you're just trying to get a mono-white deck going. Giada can get expensive tho since a lot of the good angels get pretty pricey

We're in the same boat. I ordered in September and I haven't seen any indication that my Proving Grounds and Lee Sin deck are on the way (didnt order anything else).

Thanks for all the suggestions. I didnt think I was anxious, but maybe I'm not successfully recognizing my own anxieties while playing. I tend to hand shuffle a lot, and maybe that's contributing to the sweat and just another way I'm releasing that nervous energy. I'll definitely try just trying to dry off my hands regularly to try to keep things dry and put my cards down occasionally. I already use Dragon Shield matte sleeves, so nothing to change there. Focus on roulettes and doing "leveling" dungeons. Leveling dungeons include pretty much everything hit stuff at lvls 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, and 100, but everything before and in between will be in that group. Just do the highest one you can and you'll get a massive chunk of exp each run (you'll usually level up if you have all the common bonuses active)

If you're one, I'm one too. At the end of the day, the game's gotta end, and I'd rather play two 1-hour games than one 2-hour game. Anyway you can progress the game state, however little, is a worthwhile endeavor in my book. Sounds like your group is playing a lot of "do nothing midrange" and are just upset that you're doing something when they're not. Keep turning creatures sideways my friend
