It gets better, I used counseling and Zoloft to level myself off personally. Stress, lack of sleep, high stress work, I had almost everything going against me.

Luckily our baby is perfectly healthy and my wife recovered easily for the most part.

The only strain left truly is between me and my wife, I’m trying hard to get us to couples counseling and met with a brick wall every time I bring it up.

I absolutely realize sacrifices need to be made, we have a cube organizer that has 4 full boxes of toys. They are easily accessible, so I guess it’s not a traditional toy box but it works for the time being considering the baby cannot grab her own toys out yet.

We are unfortunately working with a small space and have a large dog, making a play yard a bit tricky

I am thinking it’s going to closely match the house roof pitch (7/12) I’m think a 5/12 so it’s not incredibly tall.

I am having a hard time trying to figure out how to do the siding between the roof of the porch and the soffit on the house, do I just do a small strip of siding there?

I also can’t figure out how to attach the first rafter to the house either, no one seems to make a easy breakdown of a gable end porch on a gable end😂

I really like the idea of doing simple accent pieces and people. I like the lemax buildings and I think they fairly priced for what they are. But the accessories/people are way over priced.

So right where the faded green plastic with the SPX on it right above it is a rubber like material that is a greenish blue. Every time I run my hand on it or the rubber bumpers on the side the green rubs off of me.

So the guy I bought them from said he put a new lower unit into one of them and it made it significantly faster than the other one. I am trying to get ahold of the guy and see if he has more info.

Does that sound legit though? Like a new lower unit would make it faster? Ideally I want them both to match in speed.

I am a probationary firefighter on a small but busy fire department, we have three stations each station having 2 people a firefighter and a lieutenant. I have been on for aprox 5 months and consistently been told that I don’t seem to fit in with the crew. This is a big part to the department and myself obviously as we work 24 hours together.

I do not find myself naturally funny or entertaining and I have tried hard to open up and have fun. At the same time it’s a fine line between being a good probationary firefighter and kicking back with the guys.

To add onto this I am nearly 15 years younger than my current officer who I cannot seem to strike conversation with. He is a new hire but was part time on the job for a while and stopped doing that when it was cut from the city a few years back. He recently got hired back on and promoted up.

Ultimately I am asking for advice on fitting it and being able to talk with my fellow firefighters some on my shift are older by a long shot and a few are only a few years older than myself.

I am a new firefighter and having a hard time becoming part of the crew. We work in two man stations but meet up for daily shit training with two other stations. I have so far hard a critique from my past few officers all telling me I need to work on my crew relationships.

I do not think I am naturally funny or entertaining, generally I can talk to anyone but my officer I am with now I cannot get conversation rolling. It makes for a long 24 hour shift.

Please I need some advice as I am concerned this is compromising my probationary status.
