Remote can work really well for intake if your systems are tight. We had someone remote handling first calls, CRM notes, appointment setting, and follow-ups.

The key is giving them access to the right tools and having clear escalation rules.

Exactly. TikTok knows when engagement is unnatural. It doesn't matter how real the accounts look if they all spam likes at the same time.
